I had heard about KAT-TUN previously, but never really paid any attention to them because I was into anime at the time and soon switching into Kpop. It wasn’t until later when their song ‘Rescue’ came out that I heard from them again. This was because TVXQ (the group I follow the most) released a song called ‘Survivor’ at about the same time, and I thought that was pretty neat. After watching the music video for ‘Rescue’, my sister pointed out that my ultimate bias--Shim Changmin--looked alot like Junnosuke. That was when I decided to make him one of my favorite members...sort of. It wasn't really until late 2011 (via Tumblr pics of him) that I truly started liking him. The more I learned about him, the more he grew on me. Now, he is my #1 Jpop bias~!
Junnosuke is part of a popular Japanese group called KAT-TUN (his last name makes up the first “T”). He is the tallest memeber in the group and is best known for his excessive use of oyaji gags/word puns, bright smile, and dancing skills. He is also pretty talented in billiards and juggling as well as some acrobatics. He’s quite the lively and energetic one when he’s performing, but when he’s not he is pretty quiet and chill as I’ve seen.
Part of the reason why I’ve deemed him my top Jpop bias is due to Changmin and him looking a bit similar. But that isn’t the only reason hes my bias. His own physical stature—tall, cute smile, adorable voice—as well as his humorous yet chill personality make me love Junnosuke all the more. And who cannot love his most famous gag: "IRIGUCHI, DEGUCHI, TAGUCHI-DESU~"
