Halloween

Well, it sure has been a while since I've posted here.  Look!  It's already the end of this month!  I can't be so negligent on this.  Maybe I need to spruce up my page again.

Today is a day that many people around the world are familiar with.  October 31st...All Hallow's Eve....Halloween.  This is the first holiday to start off my favorite time of the year.  From here until the end of the year just seems so awesome.  Usually I'd love to dress up for Halloween, but as of late I haven't been feeling it.  But I do love the sound of getting free candy (well it's not really free, but you get the idea).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!!

Was Mad, But Now I'm Glad

Well, I missed out on posting for 10/10/10.  That only comes once every hundred years!  But this one was special since it was the first ten years into the new milennium.  Ah well..

Today's post focuses on JYJ.  What is JYJ?  It stands for Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu.  Three members of South Korean group (my ever favorite) TVXQ.  Since my group has been put on indefinate hiatus, the three members who filed a lawsuit against their company had to keep busy.  So they formed a sub-unit.  Ever since April of this year, they've been working really hard...and their previous company has been giving them a rough time as well.  Just recently, SM Entertainment (the company they sued) had tried to file a complaint saying that JYJ might damage the 'Hallyu Wave'.  This "wave" is basically the expansion of Korean entertainment into different countries.  SM tried to stop promotions of JYJ by requesting that no radio or television stations play their stuff.  Needless to say, I was really upset to hear about this.  I'm sure many Cassiopeians were as well.  Not long after that, the courts had denied SM's request and said that JYJ was able to conitnue with promotions.  I hope that this is incentive enough to have the other two members under SM (Yunho and Changmin) leave the company as well.  It would be nice if they can join the others.  :3

In addition, JYJ's first album, "The Beginning" will be released on the 21st worldwide.  I plan to buy a copy.  How about you?  I am looking forward to how it sounds.  So many people have heard some of the music already.  I am a little worried how it will sell in America.  Not many people are into Asian music (or at least I don't see many) and the fact that Kanye West had a hand in it makes me worry if that may affect some people's thoughts.  Especially with what he did at a certain music awards...  >.>  But there are a few songs of his that I like, so it doesn't really bother me personally.  I just want to see JYJ succed is all.  Wishing you all the best!  JYJ Hwaiting!

Work...?

So yesterday, I had an interview at a store called "The Great American Cookie".  I LOVE cookies, so this place shouldn't be so hard to work at.  The dough is pre-made, and there are already pre-measured scoopers for the right size cookie.  If I get the job, I'll finally have some money rolling in.  That would be wonderful.  Yet, I also really wanted a job at Barnes & Noble.  I wanted to either work in the music department or on the main floor (in the manga section  >_<).  I'm going to apply there...again.  If I get either job, it would make my day.  I could finally get the things I want (can somebody say: "TVXQ merchandise?")  Now I just have to get back into the swing of waking up early.  Gotta put myself in that work mode.  :o

So Unorganized!

As you can see, my blog page is still going through some changes.  :3  Adding, removing, shuffling, editing, etc.  It may take a couple of weeks before I'll be completely satisfied with how it looks.  But at the same time, I really want to make it a blog that would either:
  1. Be dedicated to Changmin (my ever favorite man.  =^w^=)
  2. Keep up with news on TVXQ or K-Pop and J-pop
  3. Remain the way it is
What do you think?  Myabe it would be best to stick with option #3 since I can incorporate the first two in with it anyway.

It would be nice if this were to become a popular page one day.   But for now, it will be a page of very few followers.  I also hope my posts will get longer as well.  Got to find topics to elaborate on!  But for now, this will have to suffice.  Until next time then!

Autumn

Well, it is that time of year again.  Autumn.  This is my favorite time of the year because of cooler temperatures and the changing of the leaves.  It is from late August to the beginning of the new year that I find just really...magical.  :3  It must be because some big holidays are encased in that timespan:  Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  Personally, I think that people who live in the Northeastern part of the United States and people within that latitude are lucky because they get to see the beautiful leaves change into those reds, yellows, oranges, and browns in fall and pretty green leaves in spring.  And they get snow!  :D  The only downside is raking and shoveling.

Hello World~!

Greetings!  Obviously, this is my very first blog.  Everything is so new to me!  @_@  But that is ok.  I will eventually get the hang of it.  For now, this post will be short. I have lots of sprucing up to do, so peace out!
